Registration now open!
Is this the PACIE Conference?
Not quite! We are trying something new for 2026, based on feedback from recent conference participants who were looking for a more compressed schedule and for the flexibility to attend sessions that reflect the needs of the moment - not of a call for proposals that happened six months prior. Our field and our work is changing quickly, and the PACIE Global Leadership Summit will promote dialogue to meet the needs of the moment!
The 2026 PACIE Global Leadership Summit is a dynamic, one-day event designed to bring together a cross-section of roles and partners to foster a rich, K-16+ ecosystem for international education and global learning in our Commonwealth. Through meaningful dialogue and relationship-building, we’ll make visible the "local-to-global" and "global-to-local" relationships that shape Pennsylvania and ensure our future workforce is equipped with the skills to thrive in a global economy.
Who Should Attend?
The PACIE Global Leadership Summit welcomes global educators serving K-12 institutions, higher education institutions, educational organizations, and public sector companies who are in positions of leadership or influence - or who are working towards such a role.
We are intentionally bridging diverse sectors to explore how international education directly impacts PA’s workforce and communities. This summit provides a collaborative space for:
Higher Education Leaders & Career Services: Explore ways to strengthen the continuum between K-12 global preparation, higher ed pathways, and industry talent needs.
K-12 Administrators & Educators: Align global learning and readiness with regional workforce opportunities.
World Language & Multilingual Learner Specialists: Highlight the immense cultural and economic value of language learning, heritage languages, and multilingualism in the modern marketplace.
Business, Industry, Nonprofit, & Government Leaders: Connect with the educators shaping the next generation of culturally competent, globally minded PA talent.
What to Expect
Framing the Conversation: Grounding the day in the current realities of Pennsylvania’s economic and cultural place in the global landscape.
Cross-Sector Dialogue: Engaging in facilitated discussions with a diverse mix of professionals to share perspectives, bridge gaps, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
Strategic Networking: Structured time to connect with peers from different sectors and regions across the state to build lasting partnerships.
Join us to connect, collaborate, and help shape the future of global education and workforce readiness in Pennsylvania!
